Following a rigorous selection process, the University of Saskatchewan chose Carpell Surfaces to supply and install the synthetic football surface at Griffiths Stadium. The new Xtreme Turf D50 SBR / S23D surface uses a superior wear resistant fiber that extends the life expectancy of the installation.The 23mm Schmitz ProPlay pad offers excellent shock absorption and maximum drainage. The project, which includes new turf and upgraded lighting, was aided by $3.14 million in funding from the provincial government.
