Carpell installs surface for FIFA U-20 Women’s World Cup

The Canadian Soccer Association, FIFA and JSA Sport Architecture Inc have selected Carpell Surfaces to install a high performance, synthetic sports turf at Montreal's Olympic Stadium this July. The surface will serve for the FIFA U-20 Women's World Cup in August 2014 and the FIFA Women's World Cup Canada in July 2015.
Supplied by Carpell's partner, leading synthetic turf manufacturer Act Global, FIFA Preferred Producer for Football Turf, the surface will be Xtreme Turf DX 60 and will be FIFA-2-Stars certified. This is the first time all-synthetic turf will be used in a FIFA senior World Cup.
