Carpell Surfaces inc., a Canadian leader in the installation of synthetic sports surfaces, today announced its acquisition by two Quebec entrepreneurs, Eric Gervais and Martin Richard. The two co-shareholders acquired the business from founding President and CEO, Paul Caron.
